We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and economic indicators to inform acquisition strategies.

**Deal Sourcing**:

- Proactively source and identify potential real estate opportunities through various channels, including networking, databases, and industry connections.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Evaluate the financial viability of potential acquisitions through detailed financial modeling and analysis.
- Assess risk factors, return on investment, and other financial metrics to support decision-making.

**Due Diligence**:

- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including property inspections, environmental assessments, and legal reviews.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected and analyzed for informed decision-making.

**Negotiation**:

- Engage in negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and contracts.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing investment opportunities for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of property details, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate acquisition, investment analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
