Isr Specialist

SPAARK seeks a highly motivated and skilled Installation Status Report (ISR) Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting the Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PAARNG) at the Construction Facilities Management Office at Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville, PA.
- Generates facility evaluation schedules; inputs inspection information into ISR for Virtual Installation and FTIG inspectors.
- Prepares reports from ISR system.
- Builds complexes for weighted averages and compiles data for transfer to GIS Support Tech to Create maps showing Mission/Function and Quality ratings of facilities in the Virtual Installation for master planning purposes.
- Assists in preparation of training materials.
- Assists state ISR Manager with maintaining the state Installation Status Reports for Installation, Services, Costs and ensures they are kept up-to-date and accurate; attends ISR Webinars.
- Assist the state ISR Manager with maintaining the state Installation Status Reports for Installation, Services, Costs and Mission Capacity; ensuring they are kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist the ISR Manager with providing quarterly ISR training to resource managers for all PAARNG directorates.
- Assist the ISR Manager with BUILDER inputs and data management as required.
- Reports to the State ISR Manager for workflow and shall report to FTIG for work location.
- Equivalent work experience of 5+ years’ assessing facility and real property assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Oracle experience preferred.
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
