We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic Neurofeedback Technician to help children and adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and PTSD. Under supervision of the wellness team, the technician will work directly with clients to provide neurofeedback and administer routine neurofeedback procedures.

The Neurofeedback Technician is a vital part of our wellness center and must be detailed-oriented with a caring and compassionate disposition to work with clients who may be in various stages of their healing journey.

**Job Responsibilities and Expectations Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Conduct neurofeedback sessions for clients.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes for each client visit.
- Maintain effective communication with team members involved in each client’s care.
- Administer routine neurofeedback procedures; maintain equipment and supplies.
- Maintain client records including, but not limited to, neurofeedback assessments, treatment goals, number of sessions completed, protocols used, and session outcomes.
- Administer pre-and post-session questionnaires to clients.
- Participate in staff meetings to ensure that processes and workflows run smoothly.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance HIPAA compliance and company policy.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Comfortable working with children with special needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one year of work-related experience in behavioral health sciences.
- General understanding of chemical dependency treatment and the principles of self-help support groups preferred.
- Ability to remain organized and calm.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Behavioral health: 2 years (required)
