**SALES POSITION**:
We are a HOME STAGING COMPANY creating a business development/sales position for our Manhattan-focused business in addition to helping us to establish and grow a short-term rental/vacation home division in The Hudson Valley. You’ll travel to Manhattan/Brooklyn as well as Hudson Valley real estate offices and networking events to sell our staging services. Additionally, required duties would include managing company digital media/marketing platforms as well as general marketing duties. Sales and marketing support will be provided.

This is a FULL-TIME POSITION-NO STUDENTS, please.

**EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE**:
**REQUIRED/PREFERRED**:

- Relevant Real Estate and or Interior Design SALES Experience
- College Degree
- 3 + years of relevant experience in a sales role

- You are a smart, self-starter with excellent communication skills and an established professional connection to the world of Manhattan real estate.
- In addition to connections in Manhattan and surrounding areas, a Hudson Valley real estate network is helpful but not required.
- You are a natural networker, outgoing and personable, and love talking with people and helping them to reach their goals.
- You have a strong interest in real estate and sales and are motivated by the prospect of high-commission earnings from selling staging services.

**Required Qualifications**:

- SALES experience (preferably in real estate or related fields).

Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes is an interior design/home staging firm specializing in a unique hybrid model that blends luxury real estate staging and styling plus extensive video production. With its own in-house production company, CHDR offers brokers (included in its staging packages) the option of hosted property tours and broadcast quality virtual property tours in addition to interactive virtual 360 tours, all professionally shot and edited and provided to brokers for their own self-promotion and usage.

Founded in 2004 by Emmy Award Winning Television Host and Finalist on Season 6 of HGTV Design Star, Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes is one of the premiere staging companies serving the Tri-State Area. CHDR maintains an expansive warehouse, which includes a curated collection of furniture, artwork, chandeliers, accessories, and drapery. To meet the needs of its expanding business, the company's new, expansive 12,500 square-foot state-of-the-art building/warehouse (to be completed in Spring/Summer 2024), will serve as the first Passive House Certified Warehouse in North America.
