Shop Assistant Job Description

**Duties**:

- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory in the warehouse
- Prepare and package products for shipment
- Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble and disassemble products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Help with inventory management, including counting and restocking items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or shop environment is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
