CNC Programmer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software based on engineering blueprints and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and logic controllers
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
- Mechanical knowledge of machining processes and equipment
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Familiarity with welding, pressing, and stamping press operations is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
