Z Health Insurance is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. As an Entry Level Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in promoting Z Health Insurance's products and services, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce Z Health Insurance products and services.
- Educate potential customers on various insurance plans offered by Z Health Insurance, including health, life, and supplemental insurance.
- Assist clients in selecting insurance plans that best suit their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven role.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in U.S.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
