We are looking to place a part-time to full-time, psychotherapist, therapist, counselor, social worker, or psychologist to join our team. We provide a generous payment and healthcare benefits. Lake Cook Behavioral Health provides individual and group clinical support. This position can be worked via telehealth based upon client need, and caseload needs.
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for individuals, couples, and/or families.
- Be responsible for the clinical documentation of sessions and assessments utilizing the record management system.
- Maintain caseload including scheduling, follow up, and direct client communication.
- Cooperate and provide documentation for appropriate outside referral sources and third party payors as needed.
- Participate in group or individual clinical supervision as necessary.
- Maintain appropriate licensure and continuing education in order to maintain license in service of clients.
- Ability to work independently, while supported by administrative and clinical team.
