And we are growing even more, with new locations coming soon Currently we serve over 1,500 neurodiverse individuals in various settings such as home, school, clinic, and community and provide services to children, teenagers, and adults with various neurodiverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Anxiety, OCD, and related developmental and mental health needs.What sets us apart from other agencies is our interdisciplinary approach. With multiple modalities accessible, we can better support our clients and their families' individual needs and provide training opportunities in different modalities. We offer ABA, Social Skills Groups, Modified Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Counseling and DIR®/ Floortime. **Role Description**
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (required)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (required)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Advanced knowledge about autism spectrum disorder
- Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
- CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
- Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 (unless you fall within the medical or religious exemption category)
- Current TB clearance
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Excellent time management skills are a must
- Bilingual (preferred)

Pay: $78,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
