Director of Marketing

We are a leading provider of automotive repair and tire services, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in a very competitive market.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in retail automotive repair and tire business marketing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective.
- Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the retail automotive repair and tire industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
