Customer Service Boutique Retail Sales Associate

**Job Summary**:
All Star ACE Hardware is looking for a Boutique Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, including working closely with customers to determine their needs while maintaining the department in a highly professional manner. Duties will include such tasks as restocking, cleaning, receiving and pricing new arrivals, and answering customer questions. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, to consistently maintain the department and its inventory, and to meet the department's sales goals. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the department's visual appearance to high standards. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and be able to work somewhat flexible hours including weekends (our busiest time).

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Prior retail store experience highly preferred

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
