Join Arizona Employee Advocates, a leading Arizona plaintiffs' employment law firm, in our quest for justice We're seeking a dynamic Attorney with a minimum of 3 years' experience in employment and labor law to join our esteemed team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a variety of cases and legal matters.
- Prepare compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate on drafting contracts, agreements, and other essential legal documents.
- Diligently review and analyze legal documents and contracts for accuracy and relevance.
- Attend court hearings and trials when required, representing our clients with professionalism and expertise.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to craft effective case strategies.
- Maintain open communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties throughout the legal process.
- Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
- Profound understanding of US Federal and State employment law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide insightful legal advice.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Arizona offers reciprocity on motion to attorneys from a wide range of states, including AK, CO, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, and WY.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
