In-Home Therapist (IHT) - Braintree and Surrounding Areas

The Family Wellness Center, is seeking fee-for-service Master Level Clinicians to join our growing team working in Braintree, MA (servicing areas including; Braintree, Randolph, Canton, Weymouth, and Boston ). Position includes the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide strength-based family therapy
- Act as an advocate for clients and families
- Recommend treatment options to clients and their families
- Completion of clinical progress notes
- Completion of Clinical Assessments to determine appropriate diagnostic criteria
- Utilize evidence based theories in practice with clients.
- Develop and implement outcome driven treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Attend staff training and supervision as required
- Maintain collateral contact with various providers including schools and court.
- Submit required documentation within established timelines

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Licensed eligible in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred)
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- People-oriented
- Detail-oriented
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Fee-for-service/Independent Contractor

**Experience**:
New and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply

**Education**:
Master’s degree from an accredited school (required)

We offer competitive fee for services rates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
