Simple Technology Solutions is looking for a** Program Coordinator - Network Operations** to add to our team.

**Quick Position Overview**:

- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years' position related experience is required
- PMP Certification is required

**The Role**:
As a Program Coordinator - Network Operations at STS, you will oversee agile workflow management and ensure effective project delivery. Success in this role looks like the seamless coordination of projects within network operations, timely task completion, and maintaining high standards in process oversight. This position is integral to STS, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project management within the network operations team.

**The Program Coordinator - Network Operations at STS will**:

- Manage agile workflow processes and oversee project management tasks.
- Utilize SAFe Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
- Oversee task tracking, prioritization, and process flow using Microsoft Project, Teams, and Azure DevOps.
- Implement change management strategies and manage DevOps board activities.

**Education and Experience**:
**Required**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant position
- Strong skills in agile workflow management, SAFe Agile, Microsoft Project, Teams, and Azure DevOps
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing projects from within teams

**Required Certifications**
- PMP Certification is required
- Certifications in agile methodologies or other project management frameworks are preferred
