JANSON has an opening for a full-time Site Lead for its Building and Environments domain located in Northern Virginia. The Site Lead will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of facility transformation and workplace modernization projects for our customers in the Northern Virginia area - primarily Military office buildings. The Site Lead will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality design standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS**: The Site Lead must have at least five (5) years of experience in construction, general contracting, residential and or commercial building projects.
- A degree in building science is preferred but not required.
- SECRET clearance preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining effective project documentation, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, and supporting the overall project management process.
- Exceptional problem solver and interpersonal skills with effective leadership and team building characteristics.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the development of project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal industrial design and engineering teams and customers to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and distribute project-related communications, ensuring all parties involved are informed of project status and updates.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for military senior leaders that require and update on the building modernization projects.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Ensure that all buildings/ facilities modernization projects and GC activities are carried out in compliance with DoD and or Federal building regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Champion a culture of safety on construction sites, strictly enforcing compliance with federal, DoD and OSHA regulations.
