Compensation is $23 -25 an hour up depending on experience plus benefits.

Concrete Pumping Holdings (“CPH”) is the leading provider of concrete pumping services and concrete waste management services in the United States (“U.S.”) and the United Kingdom primarily operating under the only established, national concrete pumping brands in both geographies -JLS Concrete Pumping a division of Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping, Inc. for concrete pumping in the U.S., Camfaud Group Limited in the U.K., and Eco-Pan, Inc for waste management services in both the U.S. and U.K.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Perform office responsibilities to maintain the successful flow of paperwork and communication. Use computer software for certified payroll, compliance paperwork, online reporting and other items.

**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Compliance**: Collect and report certified payroll information. Enter information into government and OCIP payroll systems.
- **Preliminary Lien Fillings**:Perform all tasks required for preliminary lien filings.
- **Communications and Relationships**:Answer and route inbound calls. Communicate with customers. Maintain open communication with management and other staff members as the position requires. Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- **Problem Solve**: Proactively investigate issues/challenge and provide recommended solutions.
- **Reports**: Maintain certified payroll reporting. Produce weekly manual CPR and input all CPR data into online payroll reporting entities.
- **Organize**:Maintain Certified Payroll, LCP, DIR, OCIP, DCIP, UCIP, DIR files. File additional documentation as required.
- **Assist**: Assist the management and other staff members with assignments both temporary and permanent.
- Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.

**SUPERVISION EXERCISED**

This position does not supervise other employees, but will collaborate closely with them.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- A minimum of 2 years related experience; preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with suppliers and vendors.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial files or other sensitive information.
- Beginning to Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Must be able to type at least 40 wpm. Ability to use a fax machine, scanner, copier and other general office equipment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent relationship management skills. Outstanding phone etiquette.
- Dependable, punctual, mature and accountable.
- Highly organized with the ability to follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to prioritize among competing requirements.

**EDUCATION**

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some post-secondary accounting classes or certification preferred.

**WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Works in an indoor office with long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
- Occasional lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
