Management Trainee

**Stage 1**
- Show excellent customer service skills. Greet every guest every time.
- Try leading a shift under the guidance of an experienced manager.
- Do you follow directions and uphold standards? Do you prep every item to standard?
- Do you welcome learning opportunities? Learn inventory.
**Meet these four requirements within a month and earn a raise.**
**Stage 2**
- Learns about pars and food ordering.
- Take charge of equipment and facilities management. Delegate cleaning list for self and others.
- Continue to lead shifts unsupervised. Complete opening, mid, and closing shifts.
- Develop marketing and catering skills.
**Meet these four requirements within a month and earn a raise.**
***Continue your development to Stage 5 - General Manager.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
