Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and vendors, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field customer phone calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle CC transactions and maintain accurate CC handling procedures
- Utilize Sage BW's POS system to process orders and payments
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity using Excell
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

I run a small business, if you're sick of the corporate world and want a more laid-back work environment and value quality of life this is a good opportunity for you. I'll need you here for a couple months to learn but once you're trained I'd encourage you to work from home.
