Seeking RN's who will perform **IN-PERSON** UAS-NY Reassessments for Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) Plans. You must have a valid NYS Driver's License for this position.

Reassessments are reimbursed at **$120 per assessment**.

Immediate consideration will be given to those RN's who are able to complete at least 1 reassessment assessment per day. Evening and weekend assessments are available so long as your patients agrees to those times (RN will be scheduling their own assessments).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in completing **Reassessments at an MLTC health plan**.
- Must have experience with at least one of these UAS analyzers: Lenavi or the QCSS (QAS).
- Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese, Spanish, and Russian, speaking assessors will be prioritized.
- RN must have access to a **WINDOWS** computer to complete these assessments (operating systems such as Mac, iPad, Chromebooks, Netbooks, are not supported)

Pay: $960.00 per day

- Are you proficient in the use of the QCSS (QAS) Analyzer which is used by some MLTC to check for inconsistencies (your response is required to be considered).
- Please specify the MLTC's that you have completed Enrollments for (your response is required to be considered).
- Are you interested to get trained on the UAS. This would be a full time position with a yearly salary of 80k. You will also have the option to take on more per diem cases while employed full time. The RN has to agree to do in person assessments in TWO NYC boroughs of their choosing and have a personal vehicle to drive to the patient's home. The position is very flexible, telehealth will still be allowed but in person capacity must be an option for those patients who cannot do a telehealth assessment.
