**Duties**

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and outgoing Personal/Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.

Marketing skills are highly valuable for this position. As a Personal/Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company. Hours range from 10-20 per week (may include weekend days), flexible hours, some work from home days and may include attending events that are hosted evening-night time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with creating marketing campaigns; assist with distribution of promotional materials
- Act as a company representative at various meetings such as pre-bid meetings, trade shows or other events to promote our business
- Manage social media accounts through scheduled posts and respond to queries from customers as needed
- Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Performing other clerical and marketing duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
**OR**

at least 1 (one year) Administrative assistant, Sales or Marketing experience

**Salary**: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
