**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Some knowledge of veterinary and medical terminology is a must
- Ability to work with computers and knowledge of Avimark software
- Must demonstrate initiative and be a team player with receptionists and all staff members
- Ability to mange/handle stressful situations
- Manage multiple phone lines in a timely fashion while treating clients with respect and willingness to help
- Give helpful information to clients. Take accurate messages for the doctors and other staff members.
- Demonstrate good organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
