**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As the Assistant General Manager at Kollective, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our club. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of club management while contributing to a positive work environment aligned with ethos: "Work Hard, Live More"

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the General Manager in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient club environment through daily walk-through inspections.
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze member feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, revenue forecasts, expenses, and payroll to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Participate in weekly meetings to track key performance indicators and provide guidance to team members.
- Contribute to the training, development, and performance assessments of staff members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members under the direction of the General Manager.
- Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and addressing member concerns.
- Support sales and appointment-setting efforts to drive club revenue and member engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain a world-class fitness environment for our members.

**ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- Support the recruiting, training, and development of the Concierge and Facility staff members.
- Help handle escalated member concerns
- Manage and convert leads to members, as needed, for the General Manager [sales and appointment setting]
- Support the delivery of a clean, well-maintained, and world-class fitness environment for members and team members to thrive in.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**:

- High school graduate; Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus, with a passion for health and wellness.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and AED certification preferred, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive club environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the club and its members.

**AVAILABILITY NEEDS**:

- Minimum of 40 Hours per week
- Day or Night shift
- Weekday and Weekend availability
- Some Holidays
