**_ Experienced Automotive Title Clerk / Car Title Processor / Senior Title Clerk Duties_**:

- Process all trade-in and purchase DMV documentations in a timely manner_
- Call banks for payoff titles_
- Keep record of wholesale titles due_
- Keep vehicle inventory records up to date_
- Maintain stock of temporary tags_
- Maintain accurate suspense logs for tracking title and registration transactions_
- Ensure appropriate inspections, registrations, and title compliance for every vehicle_
- Interact with DMV personnel to resolve issues_
- Verify accuracy of completed forms_
- Read and comprehend DMV regulations and charges for all states_
- General office duties including answering phones, bank deposits, and filing_
- Perform other duties as directed _

**_Experienced Title Clerk / Car Title Processor / Senior Title Clerk Qualifications:_**
- Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task_
- Must have experience working with outside vendors_
- Must be aggressive when it comes to acquiring necessary, time-sensitive documentation_
- Must be able to work closely with sales and wholesale staff_
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be good at interacting with the public_
- Must have strong computer skills, including basic accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Internet. _
- Experience with Dealer Track / Arkona or other dealership software is a Plus. _
- Notary is a Plus._
