**Job Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Busser/Food Runner. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting with various tasks, including clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and delivering food orders to guests in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clear tables efficiently and promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and condiments for incoming guests.
- Assist servers in delivering food orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food delivery and ensure orders are complete.
- Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs and provide assistance as required.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of dining supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the restaurant.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.

**Physical requirements**:

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
- Lift and carry trays of food and dishes weighing 0~50+ pounds.
- Bend, stoop, and reach to perform cleaning and stocking tasks.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
