_Luxury 13 unit Madison Ave Coop.seeking a full-time Building Superintendent who is proficient, organized, handy and detail oriented. Staff consists of doormen, porter and handyman - great team to lead and succeed_
- Responsibilities include overseeing all activity and building systems, staff management, general maintenance, code compliance; supervising building repairs, resident work orders, third party contractors performing any work in the building, maintaining property cleanliness, refuse/recycling removal, ensuring safety and comfort while monitoring property and continuous communication with residents, management and Board._
- Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems; along with experience using BuildingLink and KeyLink are required._
- Position requires 40+ hours on weekdays as well as weekend communication and service, as needed._
- Previous experience as Superintendent is MANDATORY. Hiring Immediately_
(S-12) Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Sprinkler Systems
(S-13) Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Standpipe Systems
(S-95) Certificate of Fitness for Supervision of Fire Alarm Systems and Other Related Systems_
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
