Lindner Career Services is an award-winning team of career development professionals who coach Lindner College of Business students through their co-op and full-time job searches and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with employers in the Cincinnati region and beyond. Co-op at Lindner is a game changer, enabling students to engage in multiple, paid, professional work experiences that fit the real and varying needs of employers. The team is agile and multidisciplinary - coaches advise students, work with employer partners, and teach a required career development course. As a result of the team’s stellar work developing relationships with students and employers, they were recently awarded the “Exemplary Career Center Program” by the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

**Job Overview**:
Responsible for the administration and oversight of all internship and cooperative education programs for undergraduate students in the Lindner College of Business (LCB). Provide strong operational and thought leadership for the development and implementation of mission-driven, experiential and career education, programs, services, and resources aimed at promoting the professional success of Lindner students.

**Essential Functions**:

- Leverage institutional resources and technology to track and assess co-op, internships and other experiential learning.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff and administration to implement “Co-op 2.0” for the LCB, starting with students in the Lindner Business Honors program and eventually expanding it to all business students.
- Manage the process of reviewing and approving experience and registering students for the co-op course.
- Serve as a Career Coach to undergraduate and/or graduate Lindner students, assisting with career exploration, major selection, resume development, job searching, interview preparation, and networking.
- Manage relationships with new and existing employer partners to provide support in developing high-quality internship/co-op programs.
- Collect, prepare and analyze statistical information and reports related to experiential learning and first destination to track trends and provide insights to administration.
- Consistently update and revise the Lindner Professional Experience course curriculum to connect with students engaging in experiential learning.
- Develop processes, policies and procedures to increase the efficiency of program administration and improve the customer service experience for students and employers.
- Administer reflection assessments and follow up on any concerns from responses. Work with faculty to incorporate feedback from assessments and integrate career and professional development into the curriculum.
- Serve as a resource for faculty and staff with questions about best practices in experiential learning and an advocate for experiential learning in general.
- Collaborate with marketing services to highlight and promote experiential opportunities in which business students are engaging.
- Develop and implement short
