As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as a representative of our apartment communities, and your role will be nothing short of crucial No day in property management is ever the same, this is no ordinary desk job.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will master every detail of our properties and portfolios and represent them with enthusiasm and charisma. You will be the go-to person for answering prospects' questions and offering customer service to residents, establishing yourself as a knowledge center of our communities. You will also help to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, ensuring our apartment homes are effectively marketed to qualified prospects. Tour new prospects around the community and apartment homes, with the ability to demonstrate the community's benefits.

Possess knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as basic computer and social media skills.

Work as a team with office staff and property managers to ensure a professional experience for our prospects and residents.

Be open to learning new skills and willingness to go above and beyond.

Get energized by the variety of daily activities.

Offer genuine customer service.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
