Overview:
Stewarding Supervisor

The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for performing all phases of kitchen cleaning to maintain safe and sanitary conditions while under the Steward's supervision.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assists with scheduling of employees and ensuring correct staffing levels and adjustments are made in accordance with guest and business volume needs- Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the food preparation area- Responsible for inventory of stewarding items and ensuring storage areas are clean and organized- Compliance with all government regulations and sanitation guidelines- Ensuring equipment is maintained properly and report any problems to appropriate staff

Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience required- Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects- Communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English- Minimum age is 18 years old
