**Job Summary**:As the Director of AI & Digital Marketing, you will oversee our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed client expectations. This role involves strategic leadership, team management, deep engagement in AI-driven marketing techniques, and a strong focus on delivering measurable results through innovative strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Oversight**:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that incorporate AI and analytics to enhance decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and consistently delivering value-added solutions.
- **Campaign Management**:Oversee the creation, execution, and measurement of complex marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
- **AI Integration**:Champion the integration of AI technologies to refine targeting, improve customer segmentation, and personalize marketing efforts at scale.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Utilize advanced analytics to interpret data, adjust strategies, and report on campaign performance with the goal of optimizing ROI.
- **Performance Reporting**: Regularly provide insightful and detailed reports on campaign performance, strategic insights, and other key metrics to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Efficiently manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum campaign impact and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- 7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including significant experience with AI and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and reporting results to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and technologies, with a keen understanding of current industry practices and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
