The Expanded Learning Academy Program has been providing after-school and daytime enrichment programs to schools since 2016. Our dedicated staff engage students through interactive and enjoyable activities designed to ignite curiosity and foster personal growth. **YOUR ROLE AS AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AIDE**
As an Early Childhood Education Aide at ELA, you will be responsible for preparing lessons that encourage creativity and curiosity in children. You'll lead engaging crafts, interactive games, and movement activities to keep the children involved and eager to learn. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding children aged 4-6, assisting in the development of essential social and emotional skills that will benefit them in the future. Additionally, you'll offer support to school staff and parents, fostering a collaborative and inclusive community for all involved.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AIDE POSITION**
To excel as an Early Childhood Education Aide at ELA, you must possess certain qualities. Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment is paramount. You should demonstrate patience, empathy, and a sincere dedication to working with young children. We seek individuals who are fun, energetic, and creatively inclined to keep the children engaged and enthusiastic about learning each day. Additionally, you must have reliable transportation (car required) to ensure timely arrival at our Carmichael location.
