**Qualifications**:
- Genuine passion for working with children with at least 5 years of recent age-related experience.
- Glowing applicable references from past employers including their most recent family match.
- Experience with infants with a deep understanding of child psychology and the stages of development.
- A transparent communication style and excellent safety standards
- Flexible and adaptable to the family's needs and routines.
- Willingness to assist with light household, baby-related laundry, meal prep, errands, tidying, and organizing.
- Open to occasional travel and flexibility in their schedule
- No car needed, but walking legs required
**To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience with infant through toddler age.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Impressive references from past employers.
- Willingness to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify).
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 1-3+ years.
- U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and first aid certification.
- Up-to-date vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
- Must be a non-smoker.
