**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Henny Penny Technician **to join our team In this role, you will install, service, and repair Henny Penny appliances. You must have direct experience working on Henny Penny appliances. You must also be a team player who is also comfortable working independently.

**Qualifications/Skill Requirements**:

- 2+ years of technical experience working on Henny Penny appliances and other Commercial Kitchen Equipment
- Possess a valid Driver’s License / Possess a clean driving history
- High school or equivalent (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify complex problems promptly.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a kitchen environment knowing when to work on equipment and how to communicate with stores to ensure we don’t interfere with operations
- Must be able to use smartphones and tablets effectively
- Must be able to track time and follow directions remotely
- Must be able to run day-to-day operations with little input from the office
- Must have the verbal skills to communicate over the phone and to communicate at a high level not only with technicians but with clients

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Henny Penny Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment, more specifically Henny Penny appliances.
- Must at **minimum** be capable of service on commercial kitchen equipment, and Henny Penny appliances
- Lift, carry, pull, and push components and/or equipment to test, setup, or maintain equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and in line with company policy
- Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory
