We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing waitlists and reservations
- Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive dining atmosphere

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
