Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsman to join our team. As a Groundsman you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning the work site, dragging and chipping limbs and branches, and other general labor. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Fueling and oiling saws and other tools
- Operate hand tools, such as blowers, rakes, chains, ropes, and straps
- Operate chipper
- Dragging and chipping tree limbs and branches
- Raking and cleaning up tree debris
- Clean and maintain work site
- Clean and help maintain equipment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in tree service-related field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to operate small equipment, such as blowers and pole saws.

**Skills**:

- Ability to take direction
- Proficiency in using hand tools for groundskeeping tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure neatness and cleanliness of outdoor spaces
- Ability to work hard and at a fast pace

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Tree care: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Commute:
