**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transferring, including the use of lifting equipment if necessary
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate parties
- Provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs
- Implement specialized care techniques for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required
- Knowledge of caregiving systems and techniques, including dementia care and home care practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when providing care to individuals with varying needs
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
