**This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. **Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. **What You’ll Work On**
- Ensures that assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes. Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment and these areas of the plant according to job standards.
- Cleans and sanitizes food processing equipment and food processing facilities. Operates specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, etc. to perform functions of job.
- Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures.
- Follow all company Sanitation SOPs for cleaning equipment and facility.
- Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before requesting supervisor approval.
- Removal of trash/garbage for the facility; mopping as needed, cleaning of floor drains and any exterior areas requiring attention.
- Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation.
- Washes and maintains cleaning carts and tools.
- Maintains all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, instructions., cleaning equipment and tools.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor.
- Keeps the cleaning supplies stocked, on-hand and organized.
- May be asked to work in other areas as needed, if trained.
- You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

**Shift**:
**Please note: This is a 12-hour DAY SHIFT position from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and allows you to have every other weekend off.**
