**The Insurance Producer Will**:
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage and policy options, including Group and Individual Health, Dental, Vision & Life, Workers Compensation, and Disability Insurance; General and Professional Liability, including Director & Officers, Errors & Omissions; and Property and Casualty, including Commercial Auto Insurance.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.
- Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up to date client and sales records in the companys CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
**The Insurance Producer Background**:
- Must have a valid insurance license.
- Previous experience as a Producer or Insurance Sales
- Previous book of business
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
