**Job Summary**:
The OBGYN Physician (Director) will involve notable management responsibilities and the execution of administrative duties. The Director will oversee all operations within the department, ensuring the provision of high-quality health care services and fulfilling the organization's strategic goals. Director will also provide comprehensive women’s health care services, including reproductive health, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods care. The position would also

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide full scope OBGYN services including prenatal care, delivery, postpartum care, gynecological exams, cancer screenings, contraceptive counseling, and menopause management.

2. Oversee the daily operations of the department, establishing procedures and ensuring compliance with all health care regulations and standards.

3. Deliver patient-centered care, focusing on disease prevention and health promotion.

4. Collaborate with practitioners, volunteers, and professional staff to ensure coordinated, timely care.

5. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, coordinating with senior management and other directors.

6. Foster continuous quality improvement processes to optimize patient outcomes.

7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate departmental updates, changes in standard operations, new policies, or techniques.

8. Provide mentorship, guidance, and supervision to junior staff and residents.

9. Ensure the maintenance of accurate patient records, integrating an electronic health record system where necessary.

10. Stay updated with the latest advancements in OBGYN and incorporate them into strategies for patient care.

11. Participate in strategic decisions regarding budgeting, resource allocation, and business development for the department.

**Other Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 Year Experience as Chief of OBGYN or Chief of Staff / SImilar Role
- AZ State MD/DO License
- Board Certified in OBGYN
- Residency Program Must be US Based

Pay: $300,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Chief of Staff or Chief of OBGYN: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Arizona MD/DO License (Or Willing to Obtain) (required)
- US Based Residency Completed in OBGYN (required)
- Board Certified in OBGYN (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Casa Grande, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
