Lab's Philosophy: We foster a supportive and nonhierarchical lab structure with an inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, and valuing scientific curiosity and creativity in a collaborative environment. While we encourage independent drive and curiosity, we provide an excellent opportunity to thrive independently. Our resource rich research environment enables research spanning basic biological research to the development of clinical trials.
Innovation and Techniques: Currently, the lab consists of a diverse group of scientists and clinicians, including stem cell biologists, immunologists, cell therapists, microbiologists, and computational biologists.
Career Development: Over the last two decades, the lab has mentored many postdoctoral researchers, fellows, graduate students. Dr. van den Brink has mentored over 60 postdocs, and several of them now run independent groups in the US and Europe.
**Your qualifications should include**:
A Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required.
