**Basic Qualifications**
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree and 2 years of executive sourcing, executive recruiting or executive scouting experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of executive sourcing, executive recruiting or executive scouting experience OR
- Associate degree and 8 years of executive sourcing, executive recruiting or executive scouting experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of executive sourcing, executive recruiting or executive scouting experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Lifesciences (Biotech/Pharmaceutical) industry experience specifically conducting searches in R&D, Operations and Commercial
- Previous in house or executive search firm experience working on roles at the Executive Director, Vice President, SVP or EVP levels
- Sense of urgency, manage multiple time critical and potentially confidential searches simultaneously
- Flex to accommodate shifting priorities while supporting multiple executive requisitions
- Creative mindset in terms of strategic sourcing and talent attraction
- Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and drive for results
- Experience with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) tools such as Eightfold, other databases such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel and PPT

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $106,971 to $127,913.
