- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics, transportation management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems and GIS software.
- Strong communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and team members effectively.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and fleet management best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with phone systems for coordinating deliveries efficiently.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the dispatch team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
