**Specific Role/Responsibilities Descriptions**

**Title: Team Lead**

**Reports To: General Manager**

**FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt**

**About the Position**

As a Team Lead at Protein Bar & Kitchen, you are responsible for supervising your restaurant shifts to help create super fans through connection and a hospitality driven customer experience every time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing the highest possible level of hospitality, quality and value to the customer
- Engaging customers and developing relationships
- Supervising and leading your team members to execute each shift
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Preparing high quality products consistently adhering to set standards and recipes
- Cleaning and organizing work stations and other assigned areas to maintain the standards of our restaurant image

**Requirements**:

- At least 18 years of age
- Clear and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency
- Initiative, drive and a self-starting work ethic
- Detail orientated, efficient, and organized
- Strong guest service and hospitality skills
- Passion for nutrition and active lifestyle a major plus

**Essential Physical Functions**:

- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
- Ability to stand/walk 5-8 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
- Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to tolerate high levels of noise
- Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
