Corporate Nurse

Job Overview:
Bill Jacobs Motorsport is seeking a Corporate Nurse to collaborate with the Company on its wellness initiatives for team members.

The goal of the Corporate Nurse is to:
1. Build relationships with our team members,

2. Serve as a resource for their health needs,

3. Work with employees to provide physician referrals, encourage company and insurance provided wellness benefits,

4. Collaborate on current wellness initiatives, suggest new programs, and provide a more hands-on approach to an employee-care program.

This is an independent contractor position. The nurse controls their own schedule with the expectation of 12-hours of services delivered per month. Must be licensed in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality and compassionate nursing care to employees on-site.

2. Conduct health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations to promote preventive care.

3. Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to design, implement, and evaluate employee wellness programs.

4. Offer guidance and support on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and other wellness-related topics.

5. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for employees.

6. Serve as a resource for health-related queries and concerns, offering guidance and referrals as needed.

7. Organize and facilitate health workshops, training sessions, and seminars.

8. Stay updated on current healthcare practices and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
