**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
- Experience working in an educational setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers (All Google Applications - Word, Excel, Calendar, etc., Microsoft Word, Excel and software programs such as Rediker specifically designed for schools).
- Secretarial skills including typing, filing, and answering the phone; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work with direct and indirect supervision; excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - being able to deal with students, parents, staff and the public in an amiable and courteous manner.
- Excellent organizational skills.

**REPORTS TO**:School Principal and Executive Secretaries

**JOB GOAL**:To assist School Administration in providing delivery of all school services to students, staff, parents, and the community.

**PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Provide and maintain a record keeping system for the main office by:

- Organizing attendance, student records, and other reports.
- Registering all new students, sending for their school records and assigning proper homerooms by keeping all student population numbers up-to-date at all times.
- Withdrawing students - being sure they have all the proper paperwork and that all books are returned.
- Preparing for the new school year for students and teachers (i.e., bus lists, homeroom lists, distributing materials, lunch forms, etc.).
- Providing and/or designing forms when needed (i.e., attendance forms, late slips, progress reports, etc.) for efficiency and accuracy.
- Keeping all records current and up-to-date by changing student data in the database when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned by the School Principal or Executive Secretaries.
