**About us ** It is our mission at Grasmere Physical Therapy in Staten Island, NY to help our patients get rid of the aches and pains that prevent them from being active and enjoying life. Whether it’s an old or new condition, we strive to find solutions that provide immediate and long-term relief.

As part of our holistic and results-oriented approach to physical therapy, our physical therapists treat the whole person. We tailor each session to meet your individual needs in order to resolve your pain and functional limitations as quickly as possible. We use treatments that have previously been shown to be effective at treating pain and improving mobility.

**Responsibilities**

**Essential Functions**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Oversee and coordinate all office operations and procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with all team members.
- Help develop and implement a culture of teamwork and productivity.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Coordinate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean office environment by keeping the office space organized and well stocked with supplies.
- Work closely with our marketing team to ensure that all promotions are well communicated to our customers.
- Ensure that all office equipment is in working order and report any maintenance needs to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience plus bonus opportunities

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
