Trout Creek Supervisor

Tahoe Donner Association is looking for Trout Creek Recreation Center Supervisor to join our operations The Trout Creek Recreation Center Supervisor will provide supervisory support to the front desk host staff by assisting with needs, fitness classes information, childcare information, enforcing employee policies and standards, providing shift coverage in cases of illness or absence and/or scheduling a substitute. The Supervisor will oversee staff training and participate with hiring of Trout Creek hosts. The Trout Creek Supervisor will act as an interim manager in cases when a manger cannot be present. The Supervisor will manage staff scheduling, maintain retail sales and stock retail items, janitorial inventory, and all sales inventories. Complete facility safety inspections, input maintenance work orders, assist with purchase orders, assist management with any marketing information. Will assist management with special projects as assigned.

**We are looking for the following qualifications**:

- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certifications recommended.
- Requires valid class C Driver License with a driving record meeting minimum standards required by the Association Insurance

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through completion of a high school diploma and one-month related experience and training in cash handling and/or equivalent combination of formal training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform all of the duties of the position.
