**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to marketing department
- Perform market and client research
- Track requests for proposals (RFP’s) and ensure that all proposals are submitted on time
- Develop responsive proposals with input from the engineering and architecture staff
- Assist with maintaining and developing databases and mailing lists
- Maintain the group marketing schedules with events, client meetings, etc. for all offices
- Attend local networking events and trade shows
- Coordinate trade show campaigns, pre-show, show, and post-show follow ups
- Coordinate client campaigns, materials, outreach, and follow ups
- Meet and engage with potential clients and input leads into CRM software
- Plan and execute office and Client events
- Monitor and maintain existing company licenses, certifications, and trade association memberships
- Assist with social media and website content
- Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing, sales, and office support materials
- Write copy for brochures, postcards, and other marketing materials

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or creative writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms a plus
- Experience with Adobe Suite and graphic design skills a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
