**Job Summary**:

- The [M&A origination] role at DOXA is a critical member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team focused on:

- Executing various steps and processes to identify, establish and manage relationships with investment targets
- Supporting members of the M&A team in all aspects related to generating acquisition opportunities
- Identifying and implementing methods of continuous improvement of the firm’s overall deal sourcing strategy

**Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the M&A team to identify companies using various available data sources in selected sectors and build and execute outreach campaigns targeted at those companies
- Manage communication with executives of target companies, setting up calls and meetings to facilitate sourcing and executing acquisitions of those targets
- Assist in tracking and presenting status and progress of DOXA M&A sourcing pipeline on a regular basis, manage and develop DOXA’s proprietary M&A opportunity pipeline
- Support acquisition research efforts by identifying companies in target sectors and compiling third-party research
