Summary
**Duties**:
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process, 1st piece, 2nd piece, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Math Skills, decimals and fractions are required.
- Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in the products
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities
- Conduct quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and procedures
- Collaborate with production to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or education in quality assurance is a plus
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and conducting accurate measurements
- Familiarity with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities in products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to train the right person

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
