**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with fellow trainees and leadership to provide accurate information and superior customer service.
- Excel in delivering extraordinary and customized presentations to prospective customers, answering any questions while ensuring a consistent exceptional client experience.
- Establish accounts, review and accurately enter enrollment information, handling confidential customer details.
- Exceed daily outreach goals, amplifying our clients’ outreach and driving sales revenue.
- Foster positive client experiences through prideful behaviors, collaboration, and an enthusiastic attitude.
- Educate potential customers on product features, values, and exclusive deals or promotions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- High school Diploma / GED.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and resourceful mindset.
- Trustworthy and reliable with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Impeccable decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for building customer loyalty through active listening, relationship building, and strong communication skills.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- San Fernando, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
